1. What is the procedure of placing an order? Customers provide products’ info -> Quotation -> Sample Production -> Sample Approval -> Mass Production -> Delivery.
2. What information I need to provide for quotation? Please provide your products’ design, size, thickness, material, quantity, printing method, place of delivery.
3. What is the lead time? For normal cases, after receiving the final artwork, it takes around 3-5 days to produce a plain sample, whereas around 7 days for silkscreen; offset printing sample. After the sample approval, deposit confirmed, it takes around 20 days for mass production. The lead time can be revised for urgent orders.
4. What is the main different between PP, PVC & PET? 3 materials have different characteristics: PP – Environmental friendly & cost effective, we can use ultra-sonic or glue PP together. PET – Environmental friendly & high level of transparency. PVC – High level of transparency & widely used.
5. Is there any sample charge & is it refundable? Yes, there is sample charge for producing samples. Under circumstances, part of or full sample charge can be refunded after placing orders.
